Our policy has a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have passed from your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or change.
To be eligible for a return, the article must be unused and in the same conditions in which you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. Nor do we accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Only regular price items will be reimbursed, unfortunately products on offer can not be refounded.
Exchanges (where apply)

If the article was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer to give you later, we will send you a refund to the buyer and he will know your return.
